We ladies behind RingSpotters are sisters and moms - and as luck would have it, we were both blessed with beautiful baby girls within 2 months of each other. This past week has been especially busy as the little ones were baptized and we, naturally, decided to put our DIY hats on and celebrate with a fabulous outdoor summer party!
But we begin first with a ring - a baby ring that belonged to my daughter's great great grandmother. It is a tiny, solid gold ring that barely fits the top of my pinky finger, and that is over 130 years old. It was given to my daughter on a simple gold chain, which I wore on the day of the baptism to honor her memory.
It was a special day, a wonderful party, and we're excited to share it with you today!
And now we have a few shots of the beautiful party: 1. Scented sandalwood, eucalyptus and lavender candles wrapped in tulle and tied with ribbon and pink plastic safety pins that served as our giveaways. 2. Gelato cake and cupcakes, cupcakes courtesy of Vanilla Moon Bakery 3 & 4. Simple, but eye popping centerpieces - Hydrangeas in clear vases wrapped in black and white striped paper. 5. Gorgeous hydrangeas up close!
It's looks like you guys had a wonderful time. I Love Love Love those wedding cakes. They look too pretty to eat.
