Happy Birthday to us! We can't believe how quickly one year has gone by and are thrilled with the support and response from you, our fabulous readers. So today we celebrate one year of RingSpotters with our first ever giveaway!

We call it the "Love Your Rings" giveaway because it's all about caring for and protecting your gorgeous and sparkly pieces. One lucky winner will receive the following package worth over $75:

How to Enter

Entering is simple:

1. Comment below or email us (at [email protected]) a photo or link of either your engagement ring or of your dream ring! Do include a brief description of the ring and a sentence or two on why you love it.

2. Click the "Like" button at the bottom of this post.

You have until Friday, February 4 at 5pm PST to enter. That's it! 

The Details: All entrants must include a valid email address, which will be used solely to notify the winner. We will not sell, share or rent your email address or add you to any mailing lists. The winner, who will be selected at random, will be announced on Monday, February 7 on RingSpotters.com and will also be notified via email. We will ship only to an address in the United States. Sapphire and Diamond Ring with Yellow Gold Setting

We thought we'd ride the wave of interest in sapphires by showing off this fabulous sapphire and diamond ring with a unique clove like shape set in yellow gold. The dark blue sapphire is surrounded by round brilliants of various shapes and sizes to create quite the interesting vintage piece.

2011 is upon us and with the new year comes new and exciting trends for engagement rings.

2. Stacked rings and wide diamond bands. You can never have too many rings on your finger. There is always room for one more! Check out your neighborhood boutiques, department stores, or Etsy for some great pieces to mix and match.

3.   Gemstones.  Since Kate MIddleton received Princess Diana's exquisite Sapphire ring, the engagement ring world has gone bonkers over gemstones. Whether it be pairing diamonds with sapphires, emeralds, or rubies,  gems and color are definitely in.

4.  Rings with an edge to them.  We're seeing a lot of classic and edgy rings out there.  Its a great way to capture your own unique flaire to set your ring apart from the traditional look. Think unique settings, floating diamonds, colored diamond accents, etc.
